What is the difference between these three models of Q7. Someone told me to buy the top model (Q7 4.2L) BUT i’m afraid of the V8 engine and gas mileage..lol…

the three you mentioned are trim levels. 4.2 PRESTIGE is the top of the line model, and the 3.6 Premium Plus is the middle while the STANDARD trim is the base model. You’ll find most amenities you’ll need in the premium plus trim, weather you get the V8 or V6
